Motivational Mornings are accessible to all children between years 7-11, ages 11-16, and offer a fresh approach to the traditional morning assembly. The sessions will last for 45 minutes at the start of the day, facilitated by Freedom Foundation mentors and can delivered to number of year groups to accommodate the needs of the individual school.

Our Choices and Consequences workshops educate young people about knife crime and how to make positive choices to stay safe. Children will learn about the impact of knife crime, choice and consequences, how to make safe decisions and good friends, the realities of prison life and the law and how it is applied to knife crime cases. Children take part in role plays, discussions, quizzes and learn about the dangers of knife crime in a creative and educational space.

Stress: ed - Workshop on coping with stress and symptoms of anxiety. Anxiety and stress are becoming increasingly common amongst young people as they face increasing exam pressures and social influences. Our Stress: ed sessions are creative, educational and hands - on. Our sessions incorporate elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, arts based activities and neuroscience.

Workshop Provided by Mini First Aid

Mini First Aid Kids is designed for children aged 7-11. In the 1-hour session, Children learn to deal with bumps, burns, breaks and bleeding, carry out CPR and deal with choking. The class is practical, lots of fun and involves lots of activities for the children to enjoy. A favourite with schools and voluntary groups.
