Workshop Summary:
Stress: ed - Workshop on coping with stress and symptoms of anxiety
Anxiety and stress are becoming increasingly common amongst young people as they face increasing exam pressures and social influences. Our Stress: ed sessions are creative, educational and hands - on. Our sessions incorporate elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, arts based activities and neuroscience, enabling young people to:


Learn about some of the general causes of stress including the underlying physiology and neuroscience
Explore the subjective experience of anxiety and stress.
Explore feelings and their relationship to our thoughts and experiences.
Look at ways of coping with anxiety and stress using art and mindfulness techniques.

Additional Information: 

The workshops can be either 1/2 day or a full day and can be customised for the needs of the participant group. Works best with around 20 participants.
1/2 day = £150
Full day = £250
