Dinosaurs and Evolution Workshop (KS1-KS4)
Workshop Provided by Immersive Theatres
Travel back in time with a father and his daughter to meet the ancestors of modern-day birds: feathered dinosaurs. Or join Charles Darwin on his historic voyage to the Galapagos to discover how all living things evolve and change over time.
The 360° dinosaur film is followed by a presenter-led discussion of fossils, life on Earth, and the geological timeline. The evolution fulldome film is followed by an interactive discussion of present-day examples of evolution in action, as well as the geological timeline.
Introduction to Dinosaurs (EYFS - KS2)
Our dinosaur workshops feature genuine and replica dinosaur fossils from our museum. The collection includes replica teeth and claws plus a big Triceratops bone and a real dinosaur egg. One of the highlights is a full-size replica Allosaurus skull (sharp, scary teeth!)
