Locations: England: Hampshire, Surrey, Greater London, Sussex

Workshop Summary: 

In this workshop, be introduced to the skills of the ancient art of silk painting. Learn about the origins of silk and to try your hand at designing a silk painted piece of your very own which can in turn be made into a class wall hanging or displayed in a range of ways.

These sessions can be themed around China or Chinese new year or be skills based leaving the design up to the imagination of the students. The workshop requires a full day but can be split over two afternoons to give valuable drying time to the first stages.

Additional Information: 

Half day workshops including all equipment start at £200 for a class of 30. Additional drying space outside of the classroom is useful.
