Workshop Summary:

Using animation to bring stories to life!

Animating is a wonderful way to tell creative and fun stories in the classroom, and there are many different styles that can be used to engage learners in their current topics. Our stop-motion animation workshops do just that.

Using a range of digital devices (including internet services), students will learn how to create their own story and turn it into their very own animated works (linked to their given topic). Longer session times even allow for the students to create storyboard ebooks to plan their animation stories, shots and techniques. Students will all be taught using age appropriate animation software.

A rewarding experience, students will love using technology to be creative.

We can adapt this workshop to any topic, so if you have any questions about how we could apply this workshop to your curriculum, please get in touch.

Additional Information:

These sessions work best in class sessions of 2-2.5hr slots, so often we work with 60-65 students per day when delivering this workshop. We can deliver this workshop in the classroom and every child will have their own device to work with.
